Quite a few of the tools are available via the Tool Shelf.

While all the tools are available from either the main menu, or context sensitive right click menus, the tool shelf can still be useful since you can map any of the tools to hotkeys via Houdini's Hotkey Editor.

You can add the shelf, by clicking the plus + icon in the shelf toolbar and adding the ODTools shelf.

<aside> 💡 The nice thing about having shelf icons, is that you can easily put any of them on hotkeys. Simply right-click on the icon, and setup hotkeys.
