Imports a Scene that was exported via the Lightwave Scene to Houdini plugin in Lightwave.
Simply select the exported .txt and Houdini will do the rest. An attempt to import the active Camera is also made.

Install OD_SceneToHoudini.pyc via Add Plugins in Lightwave Layout 2015/2018 or 2019.
This plugin is being used, to export a Lightwave Scene to Houdini, that can then be loaded into Houdini via the Import LW Tool in the Houdini Shelf. The Benefit of using The LW Scene to Houdini plugin versus FBX, is that it will transfer objects that have been displaced (via Bones/Morphs/Displacements/Bullet/etc).
The Way it works, is only selected Objects in Lightwave are being transferred. This makes it possible, to quickly only send parts of a scene, or changes to parts of a scene to Houdini. In Houdini, if you want to replace a previously imported object(s) all you have to do is select the SOP Node.
