Changes a File Parm to the previous/next item in a directory.

Select a node with a fileparm that has a filename set. As an example, a lot of times, you might have multiple images in a folder and want to quickly cycle through them instead of having to select them in the file browser every time.

Image Cycle + goes to the next image in the folder, and Image Cycle - goes to the previous image.
